Ana Catarina Duarte (Instituto de Productos Lácteos de Asturias, Spain) and colleagues examined the synergistic removal of S. aureus biofilms using phage Kayvirus rodi and exopolysaccharide depolymerase Dpo7, showing a significant decrease in biomass and viable cell number with the combination treatment.
