Hello phage community! 😃 We’re looking for a T-series E. coli K-12 phage (e.g., T2, T4, T7) engineered to express a red fluorescent protein (e.g., mCherry) fused to a capsid or tail protein — to track intact virions by microscopy. No inducible promoters — we want to see the phage, not just expression! Tracking during infection also welcome.
