Eleonora Turrini, Luca Ulfo (University of Bologna) and colleagues published a new paper on molecular engineering of an M13 phage nanovector for photodynamic treatment of colon cancer cells. They show effective colorectal cancer cell targeting and photodynamic therapy in 3D spheroids, promoting the phage as a potential tool for cancer treatment.
