I would like to introduce Phage Commander, a new genome annotation tool that runs a genome through multiple gene calling programs simultaneously and outputs the results to a single spreadsheet. Phage Commander includes the following programs: Glimmer, GeneMark, Prodigal, RAST, MetaGene, and Aragorn. Phage Commander is super easy to install and use, and runs on Mac, Windows and Linux.
