Marco Cafora and colleagues have developed a zebrafish model of cystic fibrosis and used it to show that phage therapy can treat Pseudomonas aeruginosa (and modulate immune response in the fish). This is the first time that phage therapy has been successfully applied to an in vivo CF model system. Here's the paper.
