Michela Gambino (University of Copenhagen) and colleagues published a new review in Current Opinion in Biotechnology on modernizing phage-based control of zoonotic pathogens in food and animal production. They suggest a holistic approach built on a foundation of collecting and sharing phage data among labs and industry.
