Salt in My Soul: An Unfinished Life is the memoir of Mallory Smith, whose story inspired us to create Phage Directory. It comes out next week (Mar 12). Mallory was set to receive phage therapy in November 2017 after a Burkholderia cepacia infection took over her lungs, but she passed away too quickly. However, she kept journals from age 15 to 25, when she died, which she intended to be published as a memoir. Preorder here and read this touching LA Times article about the book while you wait.
